Position Summary:

As an AI Engineer, you’ll spearhead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions that power our products. You’ll collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to turn complex algorithms into scalable, production‑ready systems that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development & Training: Design, train, and fine‑tune machine learning models (e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommendation engines) to solve core product challenges.

• Data Pipeline & Infrastructure: Build and maintain robust data pipelines and experiment tracking systems to ensure data quality and reproducibility.

• Integration & Deployment: Work with DevOps and backend teams to containerize, deploy, and monitor models in production environments.

• Research & Innovation: Stay current with AI/ML research, evaluate new tools and frameworks, and prototype cutting‑edge approaches to drive continuous improvement.

• Performance Monitoring: Implement monitoring, alerting, and A/B testing frameworks to track model accuracy, drift, and system health.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying machine learning/AI solutions.

• Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).

• Experience with data engineering tools (Airflow, Spark, Kafka) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and algorithmic complexity.

• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Effective communicator comfortable collaborating across cross‑functional teams.
