Project Manager
Position Summary:
As a Project Manager, you’ll own the end‑to‑end delivery of our digital initiatives—ensuring projects are planned, executed, and closed on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll serve as the bridge between stakeholders, designers, developers, and leadership, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling: Define project scope, create detailed timelines, set milestones, and allocate resources.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to clients, leadership, and internal teams.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential roadblocks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate when necessary.
Team Coordination: Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in Agile environments; ensure tasks stay on track.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics to enable data‑driven decisions.
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience managing technology or digital projects.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification preferred.
Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and collaboration platforms (Confluence, Slack).
