Framer Developer

Position Summary:

As a Framer Developer, you’ll transform design prototypes into interactive, production‑ready websites and components using Framer’s powerful React‑based platform. You’ll collaborate with designers to push the boundaries of web animation and interactivity, delivering experiences that delight users and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Component Development: Build custom React components in Framer that align with design specs.

• Prototyping & Handoff: Translate Figma/Sketch prototypes into fully interactive Framer projects.

• Animation & Interaction: Leverage Framer Motion and Framer’s API to craft smooth, dynamic animations.

• Performance & Deployment: Optimize for performance, handle data integration, and deploy sites via Framer’s hosting.

• Design Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with UX/UI designers to refine interactions and iterate rapidly.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience building with Framer (formerly Framer X).

• Proficient in React, TypeScript, and Framer Motion.

• Strong understanding of web animation principles and performance optimization.

• Experience integrating APIs and CMS data into Framer projects.

• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

• Clear communicator comfortable in collaborative, agile environments.
