Webflow Developer

Position Summary:

As a Webflow Developer, you’ll be responsible for crafting high‑performance, responsive websites that reflect our brand and meet client objectives. You’ll take designs from Figma or Sketch and bring them to life in Webflow, ensuring pixel‑perfect fidelity, smooth interactions, and optimal site speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Development: Build and launch responsive Webflow sites based on design specifications.

• Interactions & Animations: Implement advanced animations, micro‑interactions, and CMS‑driven content with Webflow’s native tools.

• Performance Optimization: Ensure sites load quickly, are SEO‑friendly, and follow best practices for accessibility.

• Client Support: Troubleshoot bugs, make content updates, and train clients on using the Webflow Editor.

• Collaboration: Work closely with designers and strategists to iterate on layouts and user journeys.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional Webflow experience.

• Deep familiarity with Webflow’s Designer, CMS, and Editor.

• Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.

• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and responsive design.

• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
