Middle Product Designer

Position Summary

As a Middle Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in shaping intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams—product managers, engineers, and UX researchers—to translate user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs. Your work will directly impact how our customers interact with and perceive our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.

• Interaction & Visual Design: Create wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and pixel‑perfect mockups that balance aesthetics with functionality.

• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible, aligned with product goals, and delivered on time.

• Design System Maintenance: Contribute to and evolve our shared component library, ensuring consistency across products.

• Feedback & Iteration: Incorporate stakeholder and user feedback to refine designs throughout the development cycle.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands‑on product design experience (web & mobile).

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

• Solid understanding of interaction design principles and responsive layouts.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale.

• Experience conducting user research and interpreting data.

• Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for visual polish.
