No-Code Developer

Position Summary:

As a No‑Code Developer, you’ll leverage platforms like Airtable, Zapier, Bubble, and Webflow to rapidly prototype and deploy internal tools, marketing sites, and MVPs. You’ll identify opportunities to replace custom code with no‑code solutions, accelerating time‑to‑market and enabling non‑technical stakeholders to own workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Expertise: Build and maintain applications using Bubble, Webflow, Airtable, Zapier, Make (Integromat), etc.

• Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated processes for marketing, sales, and operations.

• Prototyping: Rapidly develop MVPs and customer‑facing tools to validate product ideas.

• Training & Documentation: Empower team members with clear guides and training sessions on no‑code tools.

• System Maintenance: Monitor applications for performance, scalability, and reliability; troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years working as a no‑code or automation specialist.

• Proven track record with at least two no‑code platforms (e.g., Bubble, Airtable, Webflow).

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and experience training non‑technical users.

• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passion for solving problems through efficient, scalable no‑code workflows.
