Design
Process

1. Collecting Data

Short explanation

At this stage we provided the questions to client, analyzing the data and do the team brainstorming to understand the problem areas

2. Competitor Analysis / Market Research

Short explanation

At this step we need to define what key features we should focus on while researching phase of the project.

3.User Stories

Short explanation

At this step we need to define what are the potential users of the product, to provide better UX

4. User Personas

Short explanation

For better understand the target audience, we need to describe the user in detail in order to solve his problem or improve the experience of interacting with the product

  1. No visual effects
  2. No irrelevant or made-up stuff
  3. No focus on demography
  4. Tell a story
  5. Rely on 3 aspects: needs, wants, and fears
  6. Describe the relevant experience
  7. Prioritize and emphasize

5. User Flow

Short explanation

This stage will help us understand how we can reduce the time so that the user gets the result he needs in the shortest possible time.

6. Wireframing

Short explanation

At this stage, it is much easier for us to make changes than at the stage of a full-fledged design, since very few elements need to be changed.

The wireframing stage will help to test the hypothesis in the shortest possible time and get an understanding of whether we can proceed to the next stage of product development or whether we need to improve some stages.

7. Prototyping

Short explanation

Based on the stakeholder / team feedback there is a process, consisted of the 3 steps:
1. Prototyping
2. Reviewing
3. Repeat Iteration

Ideally, when we have different versions to combine all of them and take the best flow based on the feedback

8. Design System

Short explanation

Before we start working on the design, we need to decide what elements we will use in our design system. The design system allows designers to avoid creating 100 unnecessary button or text styles and saves a lot of time on the development stage.

9. UI Design

Short explanation

Clear user interface design of the core screens was created. It remains to show how the user will interact with the new interface

10. Revision & Painpointing

Short explanation

This stage allows us to revise the created interface and understand how UX can be improved in order to get even more benefit from the user's interaction with the created product.

11. Interractions

Short explanation

When the interface reaches the approval stage, we create unique animations to make the product stand out from the competitors. We also create a specification that is understandable for the developer, according to which he can implement animation on the website.

Conclusion

We are sure that not all clients need some steps, and we understand that the design process must be flexible.

The Orange team can analyze your project and give you a rough estimate of how long your product design might take and a rough estimate of how much budget you need to bring your idea to life.
